Wallace Corbett had a dream, a very special dream - and we know that dream as "The Corbett Family Reunion"! Because of his love and dedication, The Reunion was officially Stared in 1980.
The following poem is lovingly dedicated to Him and his dream.....
I Shall Not Pass Again This Way The bread that giveth strength I want to give; The water pure that bids the thirsty live; I want to help the fainting day to day; Because I shall not pass again this way.
I want to give the oil of joy for tears; The faith to conquer cruel doubts and fears; Beauty of ashes may give always, Because I shall not pass again this way
I want to give good measure running o'er, And into angry hearts I want to pour The answer soft that turneth wrath away, Because I shall not pass again this way.
I want to give to others hope and faith; I want to do all that the Master saith; I want live aright from day to day;
Because I shall not pass again this way.

We will miss you In the spring, summer, and fall And each season reminds us Of our own lives in such a rush
But we must endure and survive And continue to hold tight To our family ties Because there is where Our strength lies
And when needed We can reach back And grab a portion of that Which makes our Determination rise
Yes, George, we miss you So very much Your gentle smile And warm touch
Even though you have gone away We give you The recognition And honor today!
